5-50 Gallery is pleased to present Thieves, solo exhibition by Adam Sorensen. Featuring recent paintings which contemplate the sublime landscape. Drawing upon the visual languages of the Hudson River School, nineteenth-century European Romanticism, Japanese ukiyo-e woodcuts, and the painters of the American West, Sorensen examines the relationship between the divinity of the natural world and the growing impermanence of both the natural and human world.
